New Venue, Same Mission – Stronger Impact

Finding the Perfect Venue with Palmer Event Solutions

After years of celebrating in their own Midtown Cleveland shop, Motogo was ready to rev up their signature fundraiser and take it on the road. For the 2025 Bringin’ Back Shop Class Benefit, they turned to Palmer Event Solutions’ Site Selection Support to find a venue that could match their mission — and their momentum.

The Challenge

Leaving the place where so many memories were made was daunting — but their growing guest list and programming needs made it clear: it was time for a bigger stage. The team wanted a space that could:

  • Comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.

  • Offer strong infrastructure for dinner, program, entertainment and sponsor activations.

  • Align with their mission of hands-on learning, authenticity, and community.

The Solution

Palmer Event Solutions guided Motogo through discovery, venue research, and tours, ultimately leading to the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum at the Cleveland History Center. The space offered both practical benefits (capacity, flow, amenities) and symbolic resonance. Guests could celebrate Motogo’s mission while surrounded by some of the world’s most iconic vehicles.

The Event Experience

On March 22, 2025, guests arrived at the museum’s Cleveland Starts Here gallery, strolled through the lower level before heading back upstairs to the rotunda for dinner and program, and ended the night exploring the full museum. Highlights included:

  • Mission Storytelling – Coaches shared how Motogo teaches resilience and problem-solving through motorcycles.

  • Celebration – Guests honored Motogo’s growth and impact.

  • Inaugural “Rise and Grind Guild” Induction – Recognizing community leaders and champions.

The new venue elevated the guest experience while keeping the organization’s mission at the center.

Why It Matters

By engaging Palmer Event Solution’s Site Selection Support, Motogo was able to expand capacity, enhance guest amenities, and create an environment that elevated their message – without losing the authenticity their supporters loved. For nonprofits ready to grow, Motogo’s story shows how the right venue doesn’t just host your event — it amplifies your mission. If your event is ready for a bigger stage, let’s find it together.

About Motogo

The Motogo mission is to teach kids to solve problems through motorcycles. In each class, Motogo kids grapple with how to learn from their failures and build self-confidence, resilience, and grit through taking apart a motorcycle and putting it back together. They deeply value equity, working with your hands, self-confidence, authenticity, and community - and they instill those values in every part of their work - from the classroom to day to day decisions.
