Every successful event begins with a clear plan. Our Strategy Sessions help nonprofit teams step back from the day-to-day and gain clarity on goals, event structure, and next steps. CONTRACT Enhancements

Volunteer Training + On-Site Support

Volunteers are often the face of your event. Our Volunteer Training + On-Site Support enhancement helps them feel prepared, appreciated, and ready to shine. We’ll work with you to identify volunteer roles, create clear instructions, and lead a pre-event training that covers expectations, guest experience, and logistics. On event day, our team provides on-site support to help volunteers stay organized, confident, and well-coordinated.

Guest Communication Support

Your guest experience starts long before event day. As part of our core planning services, we help you decide what to send and when. With Guest Communication Support, we take that a step further by writing the content for you. We’ll draft a complete series of 4–6 pre-event emails for registered guests—including a detailed “Know Before You Go” with key logistics—in your organization’s voice. You review and approve, then either your team sends the messages through your existing platform, or you can grant us access so we can build and schedule them on your behalf.
